10am-5pm

The Y'Ville Well

119 West Main Street

Youngsville, NC

The holidays can be depleting. So, what if you gave yourself some time to simply receive during this season? Time to slow down; time to exhale and reconnect with yourself; time to let someone else hold space for you to rest, restore, and refill your cup.

Join me and Kelly Rye on Saturday, December 12, from 10am-5pm, to experience Tandem R&R: Four-Hands Reiki and Reflexology.

Indulge in ease and self-care, as we deliver this profoundly calming experience for anyone who needs a break from the holiday noise. This uniquely immersive experience is tailored to support profound peace, deep rejuvenation, and energetic balance.

Kelly is a Third-Degree Usui Reiki Master Teacher, Medicine Wheel Practitioner, and Hypnosis Practitioner, and I am a National Board-Certified Reflexologist and Second-Degree Usui Reiki Practitioner, will blend our gifts in this powerful experience of four-hands healing work.

During your one-hour private session, you’ll experience the union of Reiki and reflexology to settle, soften, and bring yourself back into balance.

These practices take us into a space of total serenity, bringing the parasympathetic nervous system online, helping combat the stressors of the season. Think of it as your holiday reset — a chance to step away from the noise and return to yourself so you can enjoy the remainder of the holidays.

So come -- invest in yourself and experience this unique and transformative session!
