Service Description

R&R sessions are a deep-dive into self healing that utilize both Reflexology and Reiki modalities as complementary therapies to facilitate feelings of ultimate relaxation and well-being. Reflexology is a natural, tactile therapy utilizing varying degrees of pressure on the hands and feet to facilitate relaxation and healing. Reflexes representing organs and micro-meridians within the human body are mapped out, or reflected, as anatomical and energetic mirrors on the bones of the hands and feet. This therapy works to clear energy blocks that may appear as points of congestion in the various zones of the hand and foot maps. Reiki means "spiritually guided life force energy". Reiki is channeled through the practitioner to the client through light touch or hovering the hands over the body. It helps the client connect with their own healing energy on the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual levels. It can be used as a complement to medical and mental health treatments, as well as other healing modalities.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours will result in a $25 charge. Mobile sessions will incur travel and set up fees and may be reserved with a nonrefundable payment of 50% of the total session price. I will travel up to two hours for mobile sessions.
