Service Description

R&R sessions are a deep-dive into self healing that utilize both Reflexology and Reiki modalities as complementary therapies to facilitate feelings of ultimate relaxation and well-being. Reflexology is a natural, tactile therapy utilizing varying degrees of pressure and micro-point pressure to facilitate relaxation and healing. Reflexes representing organs and micro-meridians within the human body are mapped out, or reflected, as anatomical and energetic mirrors on the bones of the face and hands, and auricles of the ear. This therapy works to clear energy blocks that may appear as points of congestion in the various zones of these mappings. Reiki means "spiritually guided life force energy". Reiki is channeled through the practitioner to the client through light touch or hovering the hands over the body. It helps the client connect with their own healing energy on the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual levels. It can be used as a complement to medical and mental health treatments, as well as other healing modalities.
