Cancellation Policy

PLEASE TEXT NIKKI IF YOU ARE WANTING TO USE THIS SERVICE AS AN ADD-ON TO ANOTHER APPOINTMENT to ensure we are not trespassing on another client's session. Thank you for your understanding. (919-738-4223) These sessions must be used monthly - no rollovers. No-Show/Late Cancellation Policy: Please understand that if you are 10 or more minutes late, you will either receive reduced services for the same price or we may need to reschedule your session, or you may lose your free session for that month if no open appointments are available for reschedule. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please try to give 24 hours’ notice to avoid the losing your free session.
